Old

Goat

Farms

Greetings from the herd!

Welcome to Old Goat Farms, where the goats play, the mini-donkeys bray, the alpacas eat hay, and the chickens lay (eggs).

O.G. Farms was created to be a place where people can slow down, connect with animals, the outdoors, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Whether you’re a curious traveler, a burned-out New Yorker, or someone who just wants to hug a goat — this is your place. Explore the farm on your own, with a tour guide, shop the farm store, do a farm stay at our guest cottage, or join us for an event.

And keep an eye out for Oswald the Old Goat — O.G. Farms’ mysterious shepherd.

Visit us in the Catskill Mountains in West Kill, NY.

Spring on the farm

Spring is a special time on a farm. The days are getting warmer and longer, so we’re shedding our winter coats — literally and figuratively — and offering a variety of farm experiences to celebrate.

Farm visits

A family of four posing inside a barn, holding pitchforks. A young girl, woman, man, and young boy stand near hay bales, with a baby goat or kid in front of them. The barn has wooden walls and a black stall door.
